A native Miamian, Chanel spent over a decade consulting for the city's most respected luxury developers — shaping the projects, pricing, and positioning behind some of Miami's most defining buildings — before bringing that same strategist's eye to private clients at Douglas Elliman.
Today, she works with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers who want a Miami advisor — not just a Miami agent. The kind who knows which Coconut Grove block holds value through a hurricane season, which new tower will actually deliver on its renderings, and which off-market listing is worth a phone call before the rest of the city hears about it.
Whether she's helping a family establish roots, positioning a property for the right buyer, advising on a custom build, or curating access to off-market inventory, her work is driven by the same thing: a deep, native understanding of how Miami actually moves — block by block, building by building, season by season.
Chanel grew up in Miami Shores and lives in Coconut Grove with her partner and their two doodles, Cosmo and Astrid. When she's not with clients, she's hosting dinner parties, hunting for vintage at Antique Row, or back on the water at Coral Reef Yacht Club, where she grew up sailing.
